Spring Greens and Herbs Salad:

Portion Romaine Lettuce, coarsely chopped head
Portion Belgian endives
1 Kalamata olives
1 Fresh Italian Parsley Leaves
3.5 Basil Leaves
serving Italian dressing




Toss ingredients

Toss the lettuce, endives, olives, parsley and basil in a large bowl with enough dressing to coat.



Season the salad with salt and pepper to taste and serve.
