|3 tablespoons||Peanut Oil|
Split each date lengthwise and remove the pit.
Wrap each date in a strip of bacon and secure with a wooden toothpick.
Heat the oil in a skillet, add the date rolls and cook, turning occasionally, for about 10 minutes or until bacon is cooked.
Drain and serve immediately.
