|Frozen||3" Tart Shells|
|1 Package||Dr. Oetker Key Lime Pie Filling|
|1 ½ Teaspoons||Grated Lemon Rind|
|1 Tablespoon||Lemon Juice|
|Lemon||or Lime slices|
Thaw and bake tart shells according to package directions. Cool.
Cook Dr. Oetker Key Lime Pie Filling according to package directions using 2 whole eggs.
Remove from heat, add lemon rind and juice. Cool.
Spoon into tart shells. Refrigerate until set.
At serving time, garnish with whipped topping and lemon or lime slices.
