For the recipe  Tangy Key Lime Tarts

Tangy Key Lime Tarts:

3" Tart Shells Frozen
pack Dr. Oetker Key Lime Pie Filling
tsp Grated Lemon Rind
tablespoon Lemon Juice
Whipped Topping
or Lime slices




Prepare Shells

Thaw and bake tart shells according to package directions. Cool.


Cook Pie Filling

Cook Dr. Oetker Key Lime Pie Filling according to package directions using 2 whole eggs.  Remove from heat, add lemon rind and juice. Cool.


Prepare and Serve

Spoon into tart shells. Refrigerate until set.
At serving time, garnish with whipped topping and lemon or lime slices.
