MOUNT LAUREL, N.J. (June 7, 2017) – Ready to bring in the summer with a boom, Dr. Oetker Virtuoso Pizza will kick off their TASTE OF SIMPLER TIMES TOUR on June 9 in Charlotte, North Carolina, at the Taste of Charlotte. The tour will go on to span 10 states over the course of 18 weeks, as Virtuoso Pizza participates in 15 large events along the East Coast, including art shows, barbecue battles, balloon festivals, music festivals, state fairs and other tasty events.
Attendees will have the chance to sample 14 scrumptious varieties of Virtuoso Pizza, from the original Thin + Crispy Crust recipe to the brand NEW thick Classic Crust recipe, a pizza that is golden, crispy on the outside and light and airy on the inside. Formerly known as Ristorante Pizza in North America, Virtuoso Pizza still provides the same variety of fresh-picked ingredients, flavorful combinations of meats and cheeses and a masterfully-crafted crust, which has helped Dr. Oetker pizzas stand out in the crowded frozen pizza marketplace.
“The Taste of Simpler Times Tour is a great opportunity for us to really showcase what makes Virtuoso Pizza so unique,” says William Whalen, Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Dr. Oekter. “We’re excited to bring our creative pizza combinations to these events in hopes of changing people’s minds about the possibilities of frozen pizza, as well as introducing them to the new Virtuoso name.”
